Licence renewal refused at the Principal Meeting for the Licensing (Consolidation) Act 1910, held 17th June 1925.
Average trade given as 73½ barrels, 354½ dozen bottles, 13½ gallons of spirits and 99 dozen minerals. A profit of £73 15s 9d was shown.
The rateable value was £24 but the tenant had only been charged £16. As unlicensed property it was valued at £700.
£332 5s 3d was claimed for Compensation, which the magistrates awarded.


A notice was published 27th June 1925 informing any person, due compensation from the closure of the premises, to make their claim by 27th July 1925.
