Thomas Fox was refused a spirit licence Monday 24th August 1871.

Application made 23rd August 1877 for a wine and spirit licence - Refused.

Address as Fox Terrace in 1883.

On 22nd August 1893, Mrs. Windley was asked to do her best to stop Sunday trading at the Oyster Stall in the front area of her house. She replied that she would only be too glad to do so.

Full licence granted 14.04.1939 by removal from the
HOWARD DISTILLERY.

Closed for the duration of WWII according to a letter dated 26.07.1940.
Reopened 08.03.1946.

Licence not renewed 1967 according to letter dated 6th February 1967

Developed into an `Amusement Arcade' and holiday flats.
