The railway line to Cromer Beach opened in June 1887.
Draught Bass served from the wood.
Running of the bar was by Messrs. Rusts of Cromer at the time of closure 1966.
A letter from British Railways dated 09.11.1967 states that `.....there
is no objection to the ON Licence, as held by Messrs Rusts Ltd, terminating at the end of
the present period.'
