Fine of £2 and costs on Monday 31st July 1853 for keeping disorderly company in his house on 15th July.
Fine of 10s and 9s 9d costs for having house open at prohibited hours on Good Friday, 6th April 1860.
Mr. Twiddy claimed that unfortunately his clock was fast so he opened the house too early. This did not impress the magistrates.
Fine of 5s on Monday 31st January 1870.

Mr. Twiddy was fined 5s with costs, on Monday 31st January 1870 having been charged by Weights and Measures Inspector, Superintendent Blomfield, of having four earthenware mugs of defective measure.
He was warned that a fine of 5s a mug would be imposed if they appeared again.
