The parish Little Ouse was formed in 1866, combining Feltwell Anchor, Feltwell Fen Farms and Remere.

At sometime after 1925, Feltwell Anchor was amalgamated with Feltwell parish.

Valued 25th July 1889 at £480 including 1 acre of land next to river.

The house achieved two entries in Kelly's 1879 directory -
1. at Feltwell, Downham.
2. at Little Ouse, Downham.
Both show same licensee.
