It was agreed 9th July 1888 that the house could open at 4:00 am instead of 6:00 am from July 9th to September 10th, for the ingathering of the hay and corn crops.

Average sales for the five years to March 1908 given as 73 barrels of beer, 19½ gallons of spirits and 76 dozen of mineral waters.

Monday 2nd March 1908 - Charles W. Nelson reported sales of 60 barrels of beer and 12 gallons of spirits over the previous thirty four weeks.
