Described as the Old-established Freehold Public House with Outhouses, Blacksmith's and Wheelwright's Shops, Six Cottages and 0A 3R 37P (more or less) of Land adjoining. In the occupation of Mr. Buttery and others.


On Monday 5th March 1906 it was confirmed by Superintendent Flint that the structural defects had been remedied. The licence was renewed.

Licence removed to the PRINCE OF WALES, Emneth, 4th March 1946.  The house stood empty for a number of years before being converted into a number of private dwellings.

Photographs of the original public house are sought by the owner of one of the properties in order that it can be sympathetically restored.
