Originally the RAILWAY HOTEL then TINKERS HOTEL from c1966. Renamed the LIFEBOAT from December 1994 to closure 1999. Selling a pint of ("Specially selected Whitbread") beer for £1.55 in 1994, with 5p going to the RNLI.
March 2001 - Closed, but signage as the Lifeboat.
Re-opened as the LIFEBOAT late 2015 after a 16 year closure..... A Bed & Breakfast establishment with bar open to the public.
