Described as formerly the HAND and now the BEEHIVE.
Consisting of two Parlours, next the street, large Kitchen, Wash-house, convenient sleeping rooms, large commodious Yard and Stables. In occupation of Seaman.

Address as 113 St. Benedict's Street 1888 & 1890.


Licence renewal opposed August 1891 on the grounds that it was not required. The Chairman could see no reason why this particular house had been selected from those in the immediate area.
Licence renewed.

Licence provisionally refused 5th February 1935 and referred to compensation.
Closed under Compensation 21st September 1935.

 

Destroyed by enemy action June 1942.
