Built to replace the SANDRINGHAM ARMS which was demolished in 1973. The BRITANNIA was built " in the uninviting style of the 1970's " and opened 17th October 1975.

Closed and boarded up January 2000.

Officially closed June 2000.

Converted to accommodation.
