Thomas Smith applied for a licence Tuesday 27th August 1867. Application refused on the grounds that there were already several public houses close by.

Full licence granted Tuesday 25th August 1868 to Thomas Smith.

Closed 29th October 1968 as listed in Bullards records on `economical grounds '.
