Probably the same house as the STRACEY ARMS offered for sale Monday 26th May 1856. Part of the real Estate of Mr. H. J. Mason. Included in the sale were four Dwelling Houses and Gardens in Oxford Street, the Public House in Oxford Street with two Dwellings adjoining Kimberley Street.


Stood on the North side of Oxford Street, on the corner of Kimberley Street. (Address in 1879 given as Kimberley Street)
