Part of an Estate to be Sold by Private Contract, as advertised 9th April 1785.
The Estate included a Brewery and 21 Drawing Houses with 16 Brewer's Licences to them; also, as well as this house, the Baker's Arms, St Augustine, the Cat & Fiddle, St. Saviour's and the Cock at Barford.
