leased 22 houses to Steward, Patteson, Finch & Co from 5th April 1845.
The lease was for 21 years at an annual rent of £625.
Houses included the :-
Lowestoft BLUE BOAR (deeds from 03.04.1823) Copyhold
Lowestoft KINGS HEAD (no deeds detail given),
Blundeston PLOUGH (deeds from 17.11.1789) Freehold
Bradwell SUN (deeds from 28.07.1781) Freehold.
John Penrice Bell, Frederick Brown and Frederick John Turner, executors
of the late John Sayers Bell, sold 20 houses to Steward Patteson & Finch for the sum
of £11,875, as agreement dated 28th June 1865. One Suffolk house, Lowestoft Red Lion was
included.
