The house well placed and commanding a good Liquor-trade. The adjoining Ground being eligible for Building. For Sale by Auction Monday, 15th November 1841. All that Improved Public House called the Jolly Tar, situated on the Denes, near Bath Place. The entire Premises substantially enclosed with Brick Walls, and eligibly situated for business.
