A wine licence was granted to Robert Smith on Thursday 28th August 1873.

78 St Nicholas Road in 1881.

Mr. & Mrs. Bone were hosts to a smoking concert on the evening of Monday 2nd March 1903. The occasion was in connection with the Mitre Boys' Outing Club and was attended by about fifty members and friends.

The first meeting of the Creditors of Henry Porter Bone met 4th March 1905.
It was heard that his liabilities were £738 10s 2d of which £401 12s 3d was expected to rank for dividend, leaving a deficiency of £338 6s 11d. <The above numbers are as reported but do not exactly add up!> The problem was due to bad debts and loss in buying horses.

On Friday 14th April 1905, Henry Bone confirmed that the rent was £80 and rates were paid on that amount.

Referred to Compensation 06.02.1929.

Licence expired 30.09.1929
