Located on the NW corner of Row 61, Howard Street to North Quay.
It was reported 22nd January 1870 that John Parker was charged with stealing
the 30s coat belonging to Charles Wright. Both persons shared a room at the
Steam Packet. The coat had been found at the pawn shop of Mr. Gooch where it
had been exchanged for 10s. Parker was committed for trial at the Quarter
Sessions.
