Monday 15th August 1864 - Mrs. Carrison, wife of the landlord of the California Tavern, accused William Wright Cushion of threatening her life. She however failed to appear before the magistrates, so the charges were dismissed. See THREE HORSE SHOES Mrs Sarah Wright was summoned on Monday 16th September 1867 of using abusive language in the street, against Ann Poll of the FOX & HOUNDS on 6th September. Costs of 13s 6d paid. |
