Unoccupied 1851

To Let by Auction Tuesday 3rd June 1845 for the unexpired term of agreement of 10 Years from Christmas 1842.
In Occupation of Mr. William Mann and consisting of a Parlour Bar, five Sleeping Rooms, Kitchen, Scullery, Cellar and Outbuildings, with Stabling for 10 horses, Yard, &c.

According to articles in the Lynn Advertiser of Feb / March 1933 the COOPERS ARMS became the ESTUARY TAVERN in 1850.
However the 1850 directory by Slater clearly gives Mr. Wardle at the COOPERS ARMS in that year.
The 1851 census does not name the house, but declares it unoccupied.

The address becomes the GRAPES  by 1854.
