In the 1762 Sessions Minutes as at Chequer Ward. However in the Sessions Minutes of 1773 the location is given as Trinity Hall Ward. (Chequer Ward is immediately to the North of Trinity Hall Ward. King street runs through Chequer Ward, due North from the boundary with Trinity Hall Ward.) Address then King Street ~ Recorded December 1774 as being `now a private dwelling' Brewer Edward Everard had retained the Licence for drawing Beer &
Ale Address then given as Purfleet Street. (Which is in Chequer Ward)
Location probably the junction of King Street & Purfleet Street.
