 Bookseller Henry Leach of Wisbech, married Jane, eldest 
						daughter of Mr. Utber Goddard on Thursday 2nd May 1834.
 
 Mr. Utber Goddard, brewer, married Miss Rebecca Elliott 
						of Little Walsingham during the last week of April 1838.
 
 On Tuesday 18th June 1839, bookseller John Leach married 
						Margaret, second daughter of Mr. Utber Goddard.
 On the same day, John C. Roe of West Lynn married Mary, 
						third daughter of Mr. Goddard.
 
 
 58 year old Utber Goddard died Monday 11th October 1840 
						after a long and severe illness.
 
 Offered For Sale by Auction Thursday, 18th March 1841 
						with possession 29th September 1841.
 
 On 27th March 1841 it was reported that "Wednesday last, 
						a man nearly lost his life in a vat he had entered for 
						the purpose of cleaning. A quantity of carbonic acid gas 
						had collected and he was fortunately discovered and 
						restored to animation, after considerable exertions."
 
 Also to be sold March 1841 were "several Public-houses 
						and Cottages, two Bonding Yards and 221 Acres of 
						superior Pasture and arable Land.
