The Household Furniture and indoor Effects, also a
Stack of Hardland Hay and other Effects were to be Sold by Auction
Wednesday 6th October 1869, the property of the late Mrs. Sarah Bacon.
(House location given as Yelverton)
Mr. Horace White sold his Live and Dead Farming Stock, plus Carriages
and Implements, also a portion of his Household Furniture, Monday, 2nd
October 1876, since he was leaving the neighbourhood.
The Wheel of Fortune along with Market Gardens and Cottages, the
property of the late Mr. W. P. Nichols, Esq. were to be Sold by Auction,
Wednesday, 2nd July 1879.
The occupant given as Mr. T. M. Curtis, the undertenant to Messrs.
Youngs and Co.
The Wheel of Fortune, with 3a. 2r. 35p of Land sold for £990.
