Part of the land conveyed in 1868 was sold 1880.
Valuation of property 25 July 1889 given as £1050 (Copyhold), including 17 acres of
land, a Slaughterhouse and Butchers Shop.
Purchased from Bidwells 1st April 1905 by E C Quilter (Business carried on trading as Bidwells until 1924.)
Original house apparently destroyed by fire.
Plans for reconstruction approved February 1938.
