A Tower Windmill was to be Sold by Auction Friday 4th November 1808.

A Smock Mill was offered for Sale by Auction on Monday 3rd September 1810.

Three Substantial, Well-built, Freehold Cottages, late the property of Robert Foulger were offered For Sale by Auction, at this house, Wednesday 14th June 1826.

One Undivided Moity of all those Three well-built Freehold Cottages, late the property of Robert Foulger, deceased, were to be sold at the Lord Nelson, Bedingham, Friday, 22nd September 1826.

Robert Pratt, Commissioner for the Bedingham Inclosure advised that he would be holding sittings, on 5th October 1841, 23rd November 1841 and another on 1st June 1842, to hear applications from interested parties. The meetings were to be held at the house of James Bailey, known as the "Triple Plea", or the "Lord Nelson".
