David Palmer, (age 46 in 1851) is described from 1851 to 1856 as being a
miller & running a beerhouse.
For sale by auction Friday 12th September 1856 by order of the Executors of
Mr. Thomas Reynolds, deceased.
A Beer-house containing two lower rooms and three upper rooms, wash-house and cellar.
Also Stable, Gig-house, Nine-pin Ground, Garden, &c.
The lot includes a Windmill driving two stones, flour mill, two new sails
and shaft and standing well for trade.
All in occupation of Michael Kett at the annual rent of £20.
