Recorded as the THREE FEATHERS in 1794 Licence Register - Error or temporary change?

At the Hunstanton Adjourned Brewster Sessions, Monday, 13th March 1916, it was heard that trade was good, but had fallen off during the war. Trade in 1912 had been 30 barrels of beer and 201 dozens of bottled beer. In 1913 the figures were 88 & 265 respectively, in 1914, 74 & 236 and in 1915, 65 & 173. <Figures in italics are indistinct in report>
It was confirmed that the house held a full licence, but only traded under a beer licence.
License referred for Compensation.

Morgans sales for 1960 were 49 barrels of beer and 28 spirits.


Closure agreed at First Joint Committee Meeting of Bullards and S&P 29th May 1962.
Sales given as 53 barrels of beer.
Licensee said to be aged 53 and to have been a tenant for 13 years.
