Licence considered unnecessary at the Annual Brewster Sessions, Monday 6th February 1905. Renewal to be considered at the adjourned meeting..... On Monday 4th February 1907 it was heard that there was a communication between the public house and adjoining shop, both run by the licensee. The licence was renewed, but the matter was to be reconsidered the following year and depended upon anything being done regarding the internal access. Monday 2nd March 1908 - Licence renewed upon condition that the communication between the entrance hall and the present parlour was cut off and that the parlour should be used as a tap-room and the present tap-room be converted to the parlour. One of 14 houses used to secure a loan of £19,000 per documents dated 6th June 1908. Closure recommended at First Joint Committee Meeting of Bullards and
S&P 29th May 1962. Last licence granted 7th February 1966. |
