The Debtors and Creditors of Robert Spooner, junior, Shopkeeper of Great
Bircham, were advised 24th December 1833 that an indenture had been
signed on the 19th December assigning all his Estate and Effects to Two
Trustees for the equal benefit of his Creditors. All Debtors were to
settle their accounts within one month, or face legal proceedings.
On 9th April 1834 it was advised that a Dividend of Three Shillings and
Sixpence in the Pound would be paid to the Creditors of Robert Spooner,
junior, Grocer and Draper.
All persons who had not settled their debts were requested to
immediately do so, or else proceedings would be commenced against them.
