    deeds dated March 1820 when conveyed from Cornelius P Herbert to George Hogg and Thomas
    Allen.
		  
		  When Mr. William applied for the licence, Wednesday 5th August 1908, 
		  he disclosed that he was an Estate Carpenter and that he would 
		  generally be in the house for meals and after five o'clock.
		  He was reminded by the Chairman that the licensee must be careful not 
		  to put too much responsibility on his wife for the running of the 
		  house.
