lease of all that Public House.....with appurtenances thereto belonging, of which the
lease there will be four years unexpired at Michaelmas next, at the yearly reserved rent
of £10/10/-, but which has been lately accepted at only £9/10/-.'
By 1851 the house is listed as Freehold, owned by George Morse
Shown on Bryant's 1826 map.
Sold by S&P in 1887.
The licence was given up 1888 in exchange for a new licence issued in Sheringham. (Probably for the Railway Hotel, later to be the ROBIN HOOD)
