Said to have been built from materials removed from St. Benet's Abbey. Leased in 1617 to a fisherman using the monastic fishponds. Shown on Bryant's 1826 map. Last found in 1856 directory. A private dwelling by 1880's Burnt down in 19thC. Also included a Brewery to the left of the house. |
