Described as a Licensed Beer-house well suited for carrying on an extensive business, with Baking Office attached, stable, yard and garden.

Lot 1 was a substantial house near the Church.
Lot 2 being Two Barns, Cottage, Lime Kiln, Stone Quarry and 111 Acres of Arable Land.
Lot 3 - a Capital Post Windmill, in Langham, also 3 Cottages.
Lots 4, 5 & 6 - a total of 7 Enclosures of Arable Land.
Lot 8 - four Cottages and Wheelwrights Shop.
Lot 9 - Blacksmith's Shop and Dwelling House.
Lot 10 - Grocer's Shop with Dwelling House.
