For sale by auction Monday May 11th 1857, Freehold and Tithe-free property
of the late Charles Watson and in the occupation of Charles Watson. Two
adjoining cottages also included in lot, then in the occupation of Mary Ann
Edge and Mark Watson. The whole containing about 10 acres and rent and
estimated rent at £37 per annum.
For sale by auction Wednesday 10th August 1859 including 10 acres of
Arable Land.
In occupation of Charles Watson at an annual rent of £30.
Mrs Watson was reprimanded and cautioned Monday 26th October 1868 for
allowing drunkenness in her house.
Described as a beerhouse by White in 1883.

LYNN ADVERTISER 2nd September 1910
Abel Coates, of Little Ryburgh, innkeeper,
summoned for ill treating a grey mare at Little Ryburgh 12 July. Sentenced
to three months hard labour.
At the annual Brewster Sessions on Monday 6th February 1911, it was
stated that no business had been carried on at the house since 5th
December 1910. There would be no application for licence renewal.
