A Sash-fronted Messuage, known as the "New Inn", containing Entrance Hall, Two Front Sitting Rooms, Back Kitchen, Wash House and Four capital Bed Rooms.
Also a very complete Small Brewery, with excellent Cellar, Counting Room, and Malt Chamber over, Stable, Gig House, and Piggeries attatched.
All erected within the previous four years and located at the entrance to the Town of Loddon.
