June 1997 As at Nordelph Corner in deed dated March 1820 when conveyed from Cornelius P. Herbert to George Hogg & Thomas Allen. At North Delph 1836 Licensee Thomas Gregory was charged at court, Monday 21st June 1869, with stealing `mangold wurtzels' to the value of 8/-. Ann Green, farmer of Nordelph had the produce stored on land belonging to Gregory and it was for purloining these that the charges were brought. The case was dismissed. Bullard & Sons Ltd applied, Thursday 25th June 1959 to install an extra bar and generally make improvements for the comfort of customers. Alterations included converting a bedroom in the private quarters to a bathroom. Application granted. Location reported as Stow Bardolph 20th January 1906. Advertised To Let June 1974.
