on Wednesday 22nd August 1866.
Described as in the occupation of Thomas Neave and built of brick, stone,
and tile, and containing Two Kitchens, Parlour, Club-room, Scullery, Dairy,
excellent Cellar, and Three Bedrooms. Also a detached Bake-house, firing
Shed, Two-stall Stable, Orchard, and about One Acre and One Rood of good
Meadow Ground, at the back of the house.
Of the Lot, the Messuage, Building and 27 perches of land being Copyhold to
the Manor of Huggleford, in North and South Pickenham - The residue being
Freehold with rent at £11.
Land-tax 4 shillings per annum.
Quit Rent 6d per annum.
Licence surrendered 1903.
