Described as a newly-built House, known as the "Rose and Crown", with
Half an Acre of very productive Garden Ground, fronting the turnpike
road leading from Downham to Wisbech, now or late in the occupation of
Samuel Baxter.
The sale included Lots in Feltwell, Methwold and Outwell and was by
order of the Mortgagees and Assignees of Mr. John Gouldin, a Bankrupt.
Demolished in 1960
