The Household Furniture and Livestock of Thomas Graver, of the Green
Man, were to be Sold by Auction 26th September 1780.
Recorded in Register of Blofield, Taverham & Walsham Hundred licensed houses taken 9th September
1789.

A light-coloured Iron-grey Mare was Stolen or Strayed from the pasture
of Mr. John Davey on the night of 30th October 1793, or early the
following morning. Ten Pounds Reward was offered for information
convicting any Thief, otherwise a Reward of One Guinea for any person

Thirty Pounds Reward was offered to any person who gave information
regarding the Offenders who stole, on 18th December 1811, 2 Horses, 4
Geese, 19 Ducks and some Chickens from John B. Storey of Salhouse, also
5 Geese, 17 Ducks and more Chickens from Robert Aldous of Rackheath and
5 Geese from the premises of John Davey of Rackheath.

The Household Furniture and Indoor Effects of Mr. Clarke were to be Sold
By Auction, Wednesday 7th October 1863, since he was leaving his
occupation at Michaelmas.
Bullards & Sons Ltd confirmed to the Licensed Property Valuer, 20th
March 1956,
that a back bedroom had been converted to a bedroom and the earth closets
had been changed to water closets. The rateable value was duly increased
to £60 per annum, a figure that Bullards agreed with in a letter dated
16th July 1956.
No change recommended at the First Joint Committee Meeting of Bullards and S&P
29th May 1962.
Sales reported as 162 barrels.
Closed by mid 2018.
To reopen Friday 14th December 2018 as the
TFI RESTAURANT. "Not a pub".
Refurbished to be the GREEN MAN BAR &
GRILL by May 2019.
