Described in 1796 as :-
'With Yards, Garden, Stable and Outhouse thereto belonging, Copyhold of the Manor of Wroxham with Salhouse. Fine arbitrary, Quit Rent 2/6d. ' Lot no 41 in sale by auction 14th to 17th September 1841 of the Coltishall Brewery.
Copyhold sold to Messrs. Steward & Co. for the sum of £400.
