Lot no. 59 in sale by auction 14th to 17th September 1841 of the Coltishall Brewery. Copyhold sold to Sir E. Lacon & Co. for the sum of £810.

Jacob Empson was summoned on Tuesday 27th October 1864. He had unlawfully released a pony and conducted himself in a somewhat unbecoming manner before the magistrates, and was cautioned by the bench and fined £1 2s, which included costs

Full licence removed to the LIFEBOAT, February 1959.

Demolished.
