In occupation of Thomas Littleproud under a lease to expire at
Michaelmas 1868 at a rental of £46.

No change recommended at the First Joint Committee Meeting of Bullards
and Steward & Patteson 29.05.1962.
Sales reported as 104 barrels.
However.......
Steward & Patteson business report prepared for Watney Mann in June 1969 recommended
immediate closure.
"Trade bad - Toilets terrible - Structure poor - Many clay lump walls"
Closure agreed by the Estates Committee.
