Note that there were two houses of this name in the parish.

William Flowerday applied for a Spirit Licence Monday 6th September 1869. It was said that the house had held a beer licence for 24 years, was well conducted and provided accommodation for travellers and horses.  Application refused.

Application for a spirit licence refused, Monday 5th August 1870.

Offered for sale by auction as a Copyhold Beerhouse 22.07.1878.
location given as at Hay Green on the High Road from Wisbech to Terrington.

At the February 1906 Licensing Sessions the licence was referred for a month due to the bad repair of the premises.
Plans to re-build the house had been approved in November 1905, but nothing had happened on site.

On Monday 5th March 1906 the receiver in the affairs of Messrs. Salt & Co., applied for licence renewal. Plans produced the previous November for rebuilding the house had been approved by the Bench and so the justices granted licence renewal.

Morgans sales for 1960 were 46 barrels of beer.

Closure proposed at the First Joint Committee Meeting of Bullards and S&P 29.05.1962, subject to inspection by Mr. L. Canham.
Sales reported as 46 barrels.

33 barrels of beer sold in the final year of trading.

Licence not renewed at General Annual Licensing Meeting 1965
