Offered for sale by Auction, Monday 10th March 1823. `All that Capital Road House, situate in Twyford, in occupation of Mr. Coulsey Savory, junior. With good Stables, Barn, Cow-house and other farming outbuildings and about 28 acres of excellent arable and pasture land.'

It was reported 8th March 1823 that the proposed sale had been postponed until Monday 31st March.

All those with debts due to the said person were to settle their account by the same date. Legal measures would be taken against all who neglected to comply with the notice.
