Only found by name under Norfolk in trades directories of 1854 and 1856. Beer retailer 1858, 1861 and 1863 at Marshland Road. In February 1859, Edward Bullman charged William Wardale of breaking a pint mug, value 3d, whilst in a state of intoxication. Wardale had accused Bullman of an assault, but that charge was dismissed. Wardale had to pay 16s 8½d, including damages and costs. Edward Bulman is named at ROYAL EXCHANGE from 1864. |
