Said to have existed as licensed premises `for more than a century' when
offered for sale by auction 25th September 1838. `A lucrative Trade has been
carried out therein, however, with good management, is capable of
considerable extension. Ample room for a Bowling Green and other
Accommodation. Premises also well adapted for carrying on the Trade of
Carpenter, Wheelwright or any other business requiring rooms, and a General
