Lot 4 being an Old-established Public-house with buildings and appurtenances
and 2 acres 2R 20P of land by survey, bounded by the land of the Lord of the
Manor to the north, by the land of W. Lee Warner, Esq. to the east, by
Middleton Road to the south and by a private road towards the west, and
surrounded by good thriving quick fences.
Rebuilt in early 1900's
note : 1891 census gives William W. Langley as occupant but William Fish is
named as licensee in 1890 and 1892.
