On 19th December 1780 a stolen horse was left at the house and Mary Parlet advertised on 29th January 1780 that unless claimed before 21st February, the horse would be sold  in payment for the keeping and other expenses.

Appears on Bryant's 1826 map.

All the Farming Live and Dead Stock and Dairy Utensils of the late Francis King were to be sold by auction Monday 18th October 1841.
