As at Grove Place, Lakenham in 1845 & 1856

At the Quarter Sessions held Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th October 1855 it was heard that on 13th September, 22 year old Robert Preston had stolen a watch from the house of Mrs Jessup. From the address given it would appear to have been this house. The accused was found guilty and received six months' hard labour.

Licence lost 1868.
