Also given at 64 - 66 Calvert Street. Stood on the corner of Greens Lane. Susannah Wilkinson applied, on Monday 24th August 1891, for a music and singing licence for the bar - Declined. The Chief Constable reported to the magistrates on Monday 22nd August 1898 that supervision of the house was difficult because it had two back doors, opening into a yard which contained the back doors of 23 houses. The door from the yard to the street was kept locked. The landlord said that was to prevent children accessing the yard. Compulsorily purchased November 1959. Lacons confirmed by a letter dated 15.10.1959 that the house would cease trading 1st November 1959. Demolished.
