Edwin Henry Betts applied for a Beer, Wine and Spirit licence, Monday 23rd August 1880 for the benefit of the great number of people who attended his livery stables. Mr. Betts, a man of much respectability, could provide such accommodation at his premises to equal the livery accommodation of any hotel in the city. Outdoor licence granted. |
